How Our Auction Works
Our auto auctions are a fun, exciting and an inexpensive way to buy a vehicle. You may attend auctions regularly or this may be your first time listening to an auctioneer's well-practiced chant. Either way, here’s some great information and tips that you as a Buyer or Seller should know about our auctions, and that will make your experience more enjoyable.
1. Know the Rules of the Auction. All auctions are just a little different and involve different rules and regulations. Before you buy, please take the time to read the info below and on your contracts. If you need help just ask!
2. Come A Day Before, or Arrive Early. We highly recommend and encourage everyone to examine the vehicle they want to buy, and when possible take the vehicle for a mechanical inspection.
3. Understand the Vehicles Value It is important to understand the value of the vehicles you are hoping to buy. You should compare prices elsewhere but ensure you compare the exact model and overall condition in your market.
4. Read About the Auction Lights. The traffic lights you see at the auction block provide you valuable information about the vehicles being bid on.
5. Buyers Must Register for a Bidder #. Buyers pay a graduated price “buyers fee”, and applicable state taxes. Buyers enjoy the convenience of our $5.00 4-day drive away permit and our full vehicle title transfer and registration service with a 45 day drive permit for the low cost of only $175.00.
6. Successful Bidders Pay A $500 Deposit. With the exception of our Buyer Remorse Policy all deposits are non-refundable. Payment of the deposit can be in the form of Cash, Debit Card, Visa or Master Card. Once the deposit is made, the buyer has 2 business days to pay the balance in full. We do not accept credit cards for the final payment. The final payment can be paid in the form of Cash, Debit Card, Bank Draft or Pre-Approved Business Checks.
Watch for the Lights! The Auction Block Lights are very important!

Vehicle may exclude · G.E.T. Buyer Protection (Sellers Guarantee) · Possible out of state or country or registration delay · Possible mechanical and \or body condition
GREEN LIGHT: “Full Buyer Protection”
