Programs We always encourage customers to inspect vehicles before they buy, but know this isn’t always possible. "Most auto auctions only sell vehicles As Is”, but at Auto Auction of Utah you can buy with confidence, with their unique Buyer Protection Program that includes policies and optional warranties that give you “peace of mind.” G.E.T. (Guaranteed Engine Transmission) A 24 hour guarantee (beginning at time vehicle is paid for) that the engine or transmission has no major damage (in excess of $500.00) and does not require a rebuild or replacement. If a vehicle is brought back on the GET it must have had a certified mechanics estimate to repair. The vehicle and its repair estimate will be presented to arbitration which is the party between the seller and the buyer. All arbitration decisions are final. B.R.P. (Buyer Remorse Policy) Our policy protection that gives you up to 48 hours or until you take possession of your purchase (whichever comes first) to cancel the sale. Upon receiving the vehicles sales “cancellation” form signed by you, you will be refunded 50% of your bidder deposit amount. T.S.G. (Total Satisfaction Guarantee) Optional You as the purchaser have the option to purchase our TSG guarantee which declares if you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, Auto Auction of Utah will re-auction the vehicle for you and waive both the entry fee and selling fee. The Vehicle must be returned to Auto Auction of Utah within the purchase 30/60/90 term. 30 Day-$29. / 60 Day-$59. / 90 Day–$99. 9.O.3. (90 Day or 3,000 mi. Warranty) Optional A third party “30-day or 3,000 mile” (whichever comes first) mechanical warranty provided by Elite Warranty. Coverage includes various components of the, Engine, Transmission, Cooling System, Fuel System and Four-wheel drive. Please see the Elite Warranty Contract for actual coverage particulars. For 2-Wheel Drive cost is $210. 4-Wheel Drive cost is $240. Vehicle Inspections are encouraged! We welcome and encourage pre-purchase inspection of all units. Please arrange for your inspection prior to the auction closing. You can even come in and drive it yourself! Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility. If you buy off of eBay you are coming to pick up your item, not inspect it! Although we work very hard to be complete and accurate please be advised that these cars are pre-owned and probably have small dings, scratches or paint imperfections as you would expect due to normal wear a tear. If you want to know something specific, please ask. Do not assume anything! Due to being used cars we cannot guarantee 100% accident free but merely clean titles. This is a used item. It is definitely not brand new or perfect. We try to tell all we can about each item but we cannot and will not guarantee or warranty anything. You are buying strictly as is where is without recourse. Once the item leaves our place, it will not come back and no refunds will be issued. There is no way for us to know what happens once an item leaves here. Once it leaves our place it is no longer our responsibility. If you purchase a car without a personal and / or mechanics inspection it is at your own discretion. For your convenience we offer the following optional service... s P.S.I.
